Chief Executive Officer
With almost three decades of experience in financial analysis, accounting, and corporate leadership, our Chief Executive Officer brings a distinguished background shaped by roles at top-tier firms. He began his career in audit and assurance services with one of Big Four Audit companiesin both the United States and Ukraine, where he executed complex audit procedures and managed high-stakes client engagements. His expertise later expanded into transaction advisory services, offering clients critical insights during mergers, acquisitions, and financial restructuring. In 2012, he earned the prestigious U.S. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation, further solidifying his technical credentials and global perspective.
After his tenure at Big Four companies, he advanced into executive leadership roles, serving as CFO and subsequently CEO in different economic sectors (production, energy, IT, agriculture, retail and B2B services). In these roles, he oversaw financial strategy, risk management, and operational transformation initiatives that enhanced transparency and profitability. His blend of Big Four technical rigor and executive leadership experience ensures that our firm delivers unmatched due diligence and financial clarity to clients across international markets.

Chief Technology Officer
Our Chief Technology Officer is a seasoned expert in Oracle-based systems and Big Data architecture, with over two decades of experience in database design, administration, and analytics. A graduate of the National Technical University of Ukraine (KPI), he began his career developing secure data solutions and enterprise-level applications. His core expertise lies in designing and optimizing complex Oracle databases, building financial monitoring systems, and leading large-scale data migration and automation projects. Throughout his career, he has implemented high-performance PL/SQL-driven platforms for banks, municipal land registries, and state institutions, demonstrating his ability to manage critical, high-volume datasets with precision.
In addition to his Big Data credentials, he has a strong foundation in software development, having worked extensively with C#, Delphi, and Firebird in the early stages of his career. His portfolio includes systems for automated financial investigationusing interactive 3D graph analytics, cadastral data management, and enterprise reporting tools, many of which are still in use by banks and public sector clients across Ukraine. His depth of experience in both programming and data engineering ensures that the company’s analytical infrastructure is secure, scalable, and built for complex financial insights.
